Custom Metal Art Prints

All custom metal art prints created according to the client’s specifications — including size, color, layout, and material — are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each piece is uniquely crafted based on client approval and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Quality Assurance

Every metal art print undergoes careful inspection to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.
However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of the metal printing process and do not qualify as defects.

Client Communication

We encourage clients to stay involved throughout the design and printing process.
Detailed previews or mock-ups are shared for approval before printing. Once approved, the design moves to production, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of:

• The damaged product

• The outer packaging

• The shipping label

Our team will review the claim and coordinate with the delivery partner.
If verified, a refund or replacement will be provided at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective items confirmed upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 4 days of receiving the order and provide supporting images for verification.
Without photographic evidence or communication within this timeframe, refund claims cannot be processed.
