No Return & Refund Policy –
At ODN Print, we take pride in delivering premium-quality metal prints and a dependable customer experience. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy for all metal prints.
The policy details are outlined below:
Custom & Made-to-Order Metal Prints
All ODN Print Metal Prints—whether standard designs or custom artwork—are produced specifically per order.
As a result, metal prints are not eligible for return or exchange once the order is confirmed.
Each metal print is crafted based on approved designs, sizes, and finishes and cannot be resold or reused.
Quality Assurance
Every metal print is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Minor variations in color, surface texture, or finish may occur due to the metal printing process and lighting conditions and are considered natural characteristics, not defects.
Design Approval & Responsibility
For custom metal print orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, dimensions, and layout before production.
Once approved and moved into production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
ODN Print is not responsible for spelling errors, image resolution issues, or design choices in customer-submitted files.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a metal print arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images of:

• The damaged or incorrect product

• Original packaging

• Shipping label

Our team will review the claim and coordinate with the courier partner.
If verified, a replacement or resolution will be provided at the sole discretion of ODN Print.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable except in cases of confirmed damage or incorrect delivery.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with proper photographic evidence.
Claims raised after this period or without sufficient proof will not be accepted.
