Payment

The Company is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of unauthorized intellectual property. By submitting content, the client represents and warrants they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before production. The Company will not be liable for errors or issues that were present in the approved design and not brought to our attention prior to printing.

Quality Control

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all metal art prints meet quality standards. However, minor variations or imperfections (e.g., color shift, finish texture) are normal in the production process and do not constitute defects.

Delivery

The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within agreed timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates only; delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as equipment failure, materials shortages, customs, or shipping carrier issues. The Company is not responsible for carrier delays once the order is handed to the carrier.

Liability and Use

The Company is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the use, installation, or handling of metal art prints. Clients assume responsibility for the proper use, display, and maintenance of products. Products are not intended for medical, life-support, aerospace, nuclear, or other safety-critical applications.

Confidentiality

We will treat client-provided designs and information as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required to fulfill the order or as required by law, unless the client provides prior written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate a contract with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for any work completed or materials purchased prior to termination.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply to future orders. Continued use of the website or services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
