Brief Summary

We ship metal art prints across India using reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, XpressBees, and others.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for metro cities and 4–7 working days for other locations.
If the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 48 hours of order confirmation. If not, clients will be informed by email about availability within 2–3 days.
If courier service is unavailable for your area, we will ship your order via India Post.
Any delays caused by courier companies or India Post are beyond our control.

Returns and Claims

If a product is defective, damaged, or broken, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Claims made after 4 days will not be accepted.
If the product is not working, contact us with testing proof (photo/video). Claims without verification will not be entertained.
Reverse pickups (for damaged/defective items) will be arranged by us. After we receive the product back, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
For reverse pickup, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please print and attach it to the box using the original packaging.
Returns and warranty details, if applicable, are mentioned on the respective product pages.
We accept returns only in cases of wrong product delivery with the original packaging intact, and the request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted.
If an order is prepaid and the customer fails to accept or collect the parcel, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded after evaluating the case.
If a transaction fails but the payment is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (card or bank account).
